Sent to Lincolnshire County Council less than a minute later. Council ref: 448370.
Parking restriction sign (8pm-6pm), blacked out with paint. Therefore causing issues with parking illegally during daytime. Vehicles blocking the footpath and access to residents gateways. This is ongoing and been done previously. Apparently the person responsible has now moved away.

Great news, we’ve had a look at the issue and we have now passed to our Highways Officers for the team to assess what can be done to resolve the matter. We’ll let you know when the assessment has taken place.

You still have not replaced the no parking restriction signs (6pm-8am) which have been blacked out causing illegal parking during the day. Cars and vans park making it impossible for pedestrians to use the footpath as vehicles park partly on the footpath. Please rectify this as soon as possible!
