On the A631, a few metres east of the entrance to Hall Farm and Bellwood Farm

Reported via desktop in the Damaged dyke, ditch or culvert category by Mark Tatam at 19:03, Fri 17 February 2023

Sent to Lincolnshire County Council less than a minute later. Council ref: 448387.

At the point shown, there is a manhole cover which we believe is where the agricultural land drains outlet into the roadside drain system. We believe this drain may have become blocked, causing flooding in our farm lane, but cannot check this without lifting the very heavy manhole lid. Should we carry on and do this. or have you other suggestions?
