Sunken valve cover

Sent to Lincolnshire County Council less than a minute later. Council ref: 448798.
There is a sunken valve cover in the roadway as you turn from Hawthorn Bank into St Andrews Road which is in the line of traffic with potential to damage tyres/wheels.

As the defect is marked up with blue paint, and is the size of a valve cover, I expect that this should have been passed to Anglian Water to remediate rather than Openreach.
