Gainsborouh end of the bridge

Sent to Lincolnshire County Council less than a minute later. Council ref: 449067.

Although I've said the lamp is 'knocked down' it is standing but will fall down at some point in a high wind. The whole lamppost was rocking in the wind this afternoon from the ground up and moving the tarmac. It is leaning quite a lot and if it did fall it would go over the road.
