Sent to Lincolnshire County Council less than a minute later. Council ref: 449301.
Road resurfacing material has not adhered to substrate and has broken away. Loose material is collecting against the kerb and blocking flow of surface water to drains

Great news, we’ve had a look at the issue and we have now passed to our Highways Officers for the team to assess what can be done to resolve the matter. We’ll let you know when the assessment has taken place.

Last communication was 28th February from LCC. Please provide an update as in recent rain I have had to clear the loose material from the holes (which had accumulated in the gutter), from the gutter to allow surface water to drain away,

No action or update from LCC, has now been over 2 months since their last communication. In recent heavy rain debris from the holes has blocked the gutter causing water to overflow onto the footpath and driveway
