I am really disappointed with the work that has taken place here today. I reported an issue of my son having absence epilepsy, this mean he phases and blanks out hence why I needed the serious trip hazard dealing with and I was under the impression this curve on my property would at least be made level. They have done two spots on the curve when clearly it all need levelling!! If you zoom in on the photos it is not level and there is still a hazard! In addition, I cannot erect a boundary fence with that like that! I am astounded that work like this can be ok, surely, when the men finished the work they could see that they left fixing a hazard but at the same time left one as well. Please advise

Will anybody be responding to this repair complaint and the way it has been repaired? Or is there a way to make a formal complaint please. It is still dangerous and I still cannot erect a fence!
