Stop Lines non-existant

Sent to Lincolnshire County Council less than a minute later. Council ref: 450182.

The first stop line at the traffic signals are practically non-visible which results in many motorists illegally proceeding past them to the Advance Stop Line.

  • Great news, we’ve had a look at the issue and we have now passed to our Highways Officers for the team to assess what can be done to resolve the matter. We’ll let you know when the assessment has taken place.

  • We’re sending you this message to let you know that we’ve assessed the road/lining condition and – whilst it has deteriorated it does not yet require immediate action. However, a Highways officer has submitted a brief to the relevant team within LCC requesting the whole junction is assessed for high friction and lining renewal in the future. Thank you for reporting this matter.
