Visibility Junction Whyche/Walcot Road
Reported via mobile in the Visibility at junction or bend category anonymously at 15:02, Wed 8 March 2023
Sent to Lincolnshire County Council less than a minute later. Council ref: 450307.
Vehicles travelling from the village towards Walcot/Lincoln frequently drive in excess of 40mph and elderly residents exiting The Whyche cannot see vehicles until last second due to bend on road on village side. There has been numerous near misses and we are fearful of serious accidents. There is a telegraph pole opposite which would be ideal for a visibility mirror. PLEASE can this be considered. Please come and drive out if the Whyche and you will see our difficulty. Thankyou
