Sent to Lincolnshire County Council less than a minute later. Council ref: 450357.

Road collapsing and is extremely damaging to vehicles. On a national speed limit road you have to go under 5mph because it's like hitting a brick wall. Major damage to road, collapsing into river. Getting worse and extremely dangerous
