1st light on left still not working

Sent to Lincolnshire County Council less than a minute later. Council ref: 450446.

Reported this light again and again still doesnt work , embarrassing to keep telling residents that have reported faulty light but nothing is done or if it is the information not passed on , could I therefore ask if there is a problem here with the light and could i request to be notify
