Pavement adjacent to fence at 9 The Close

Sent to Lincolnshire County Council less than a minute later. Council ref: 450475.

The wind blew the fence down last year and the fence has been replaced but the edge of the pavement is all jagged. I have spoken to the workmen who are on the Close this morning and they say they cannot do anything without being told by the Council. I found their attitude totally unhelpful. They suggested that I put a bucket of gravel down??? My husband has terminal cancer and I am 72 years old with health problems and would appreciate more support than this. I did report this last year to WLDC but had no update from them As they were here I thought it would not be a problem to take a look at this issue but unfortunately they cannot do anything without a report from LCC
