Hello, The surface rainwater floods outside my property and when the vehicles come past and this causes the water to splash against my property which has resulted in dampness on my walls. I also contacted you in April 2022 with the same issue. A engineer came out and said the issue is the drains yet still nothing has been done

Great news, we’ve had a look at the issue and we have now passed to our Highways Officers for the team to assess what can be done to resolve the matter. We’ll let you know when the assessment has taken place.

Good morning, just to advise on Ref 450642, A engineer came out in 2022 and advised me the drain outside no3 did not work and also the drain further up the street at no7 was also a dead drain which did not drain to anywhere? As you can see from the pics this is causing damp to my property at No5. Another year on and the same issues occur
