Sent to Lincolnshire County Council less than a minute later. Council ref: 450758.

Support poles to metal gate collapsed. Hopefully Highways will be able to get metal gate to be a ground level, not raised.

  • The landowner has been advised that the fence alongside the gate is down, this is not affecting the gate or the route. The gate does not require replacing. The gate and fencing are the landowners structure. Thank you for reporting this matter.

State changed to: No further action

  • Will Highways chase landowner? Or will it be down for years? Will highways move right of Way sign off wooden post onto metal gate. Is the fence a trip hazard?
