  • This issue has been raised countless times by myself and others. Nothing is being done and it is dangerous. Last week when we had the bad weather I witness someone slip on the ice that had formed due to the blocked drain. This is the third occasion I have witnessed this. It is going to cause a tragedy before long, whether that be due to a vehicle or pedestrian. Its beyond a joke now and has been ongoing for over a year. Could you please inform me of the complaints procedure to take this matter further

  • I see this has still not been fixed and every time it rains the area floods and becomes dangerous. You can see how many people and times this has been reported and have still done nothing. Why pay TAX for nothing to done when there are issues. Extremely poor service.
