Sent to Lincolnshire County Council less than a minute later. Council ref: 451080.

Customer states that there are signs dictating which was is public footpaths and which is private property, but unfortunately people have been defacing as well as displacing or breaking them. Customer has requested that the signs are able to be picked back up and put back/replaced, they have also requested that if they could be lit signs then that would be appreciated.
