Tree situated between 4 & 6 Signal Road
Reported via desktop in the Tree blocking a street light category anonymously at 14:09, Wed 15 March 2023
Sent to Lincolnshire County Council less than a minute later. Council ref: 451236.
The tree has grown considerably in the last 10 years as you can see by the photos. It is causing damage to my driveway (number 4) as the roots have caused it to crack. The branches an overgrown and cause damage to the tops of vehicles parked on my driveway. It restricts light. It is touching the overhead phone line. No one ever comes to trim it back, despite my complaints. It blocks the street light. It has hit vehicles travelling down the road as when it is in full foliage, the branches hang low. As it is an oak tree, it is going to grow considerably bigger. I believe it is only a matter of time before the roots reach my property and cause structural damage to the foundation. It needs to be removed or considerably cut back and maintained regularly.
