After each rainfall, the driveway, public path and part of the B1398 flood. The area covered is approximately 10‘ x 6‘ and is 3 to 4 inches deep. This condition lasts for three or four days. It causes inconvenience both to pedestrians passing and also to those wishing to gain access to the property.
