Area around 50 mph on road

Sent to Lincolnshire County Council less than a minute later. Council ref: 451624.

I have seen many potholes/holes on the A16 but this damaged part of the road is just past the Utterby sign and as vehicles come flying into the village, well over the speed limit of 50mph they hit this causing our house to shake. I have reported this many times and nothing has ever been done. Due to the speed if vehicles it is causing cracks to our house never mind the horrendous noise it makes. We have no street lights outside our house and pay our council tax so surely someone can do something, either control speed of vehicles or fix the holes
