Road Drainage remains inoperable, causing flood to private properties and the Sutton Saint James chapel
LCC highways is being provided 28 days to resolve this issue as this is an emergency situation with more than 50% of the road surface being flooded!

1.Thank you for your confirmation that Lincolnshire County Council will not be undertaking corrective actions.
2. In excess of 3 years and not a single corrective action has been undertaken by Lincolnshire County Council.
3. This further confirmation by Lincolnshire County Council provisions the additional charges against Cllr Richard Davies of wilful negligence causing and resulting in damage to private property.
4. This further confirmation by Lincolnshire County Council, provisions the additional charges against Cllr Richard Davies of his failure to upheld the duty of care policy and responsibilities to its customers.
