Sent to Lincolnshire County Council less than a minute later. Council ref: 451744.

Pothole increasing in diameter currently 1.5ft to 2ft wide, approximately 5 inches deep.

Road surface is coming away in chunks, large pieces of macadam are strewn across the road posing a risk to cyclists, pedestrians and motor vehicles.

Hole is unavoidable for those unfamiliar with it, having to turn sharply and appearing to drive recklessly to avoid.

Due to the location, it is extremely unsafe to take photographs and will require extensive closures and/or traffic management to provide a substantial repair.

This hole poses a significant risk to life.
