Drains blocked

Both drains at the top of Pennygate, which meets Park Road are blocked the drains literally got cleaned out at least four weeks ago and they’re blocked again you can’t see any debris is in the drain, It looks clear, but in actual fact there's obviously a blockage somewhere. this in turn is forcing the water into Pennygate once again, and causing damage to property.
