Sent to Lincolnshire County Council less than a minute later. Council ref: 452193.

Customer has stated that there is a pipe that has been collapsed (believed) and it has caused a blockage. Flooding the land and causing a wet surface on the verges and collapsing that as well as churning it up when vehicles go by.
