Quadring, From the Nursing home upwards towards Donnington.

Sent to Lincolnshire County Council less than a minute later. Council ref: 452400.

Customer has stated that some work was being done over the last week or so (no permit found and none recorded on one.network) and the work that had been done has destroyed the footpath and similarly the highways. Mud across the road and the drains that are in the area have also been blocked.
