Sent to Lincolnshire County Council less than a minute later. Council ref: 452670.

Customer has stated that there is 'pointless risk' as City Fibre is doing some work from the 13rd March - 24 March. Complaints about the work being done as well as the quality of the work. There are some rubble and debris close to residencies.

    I can’t get a drain rod or cane up the pipe and it looks like the tarmac has crushed the pipe draining my property. I cannot get water to run through the pipe.
