Sent to Lincolnshire County Council less than a minute later. Council ref: 452672.

Customer has stated that there is a pipe outside of their property that has been sealed up by tarmac, and the water coming from the houses in the area, going underground is having problems being taken away.

The water from the area is also starting to cause problems inside the properties and wooden furniture are starting to rot.
