Sent to Lincolnshire County Council less than a minute later. Council ref: 453156.

Verge o/s property is damaged due to cars repealed parking here. There was originally a tree but this was damaged and eventually died due to a vehicle hitting it. now verge has collapsed as cars keep parking here.
