  • Thanks for letting us know about the issue. Unfortunately Lincolnshire County Council is unable to assist with your enquiry as the lighting on this section of St Marys Lane is owned and maintained privately. To find the owner of the land you could contact Land Registry at https://www.gov.uk/ government/ organisations/ land-registry Thank you for reporting this matter.

  • Customer has phoned up to let us know that there is no power to the light and investigating. Is convinced that it is owned by us rather than anyone else. It has stickers that say it is owned by the LCC and at some point we have claimed ownership - so clarification and repairs are required.

  • We’ve had a look at the street light and found that it’s not working because there’s a problem with the power supply. We’ve reported this to the electricity board. Once they have fixed getting power to the light we will re-inspect it and schedule any further repairs if necessary.

  • 453186 The lamp in question has a yellow sticker and LCC on it. You have already admitted it is your lamp and have investigated and found no power to lamp. To tell me three months down the line it is not your responsibility is incompetent. Do I have to go to your Chairman of Highways and my MP to get a reasonable service? Action please and get it sorted.

  • What is going on? Report First submitted March2023 - 7 months ago. Still waiting. After going round the houses you finally admitted it was your lamp. In June2023 you said there was no power supply and contacted the electricity board. Then you said it was fixed. It was not. Now you say you have again contacted the electricity board. Please give me the date and contact of electricity company so I can chase, as you are getting nowhere.
