Anglian Water confirmed the flooding was due to blocked Lincolnshire County Council(LCC) gulllies The blocked gully is the responsibility of LCC Highways,as stated by the anglian water engineer,on site. The engineer telephoned LCC Highways and spoke them due to concerns at level of flooding.
LCC Highways agent Anita, stated on the 3rd July that the gully and pipework would be jetted by the 4th August. The road still remains flooded and unsafe for members of the public as latest pictures show.

This flooding issue is not resolved as stated by LCC. The contractors were unable to Jet the blocked gully and Pipes
When asked, they said it was a possible collapsed drain/pipe and were reporting it to Lincolnshire County Council highways.
