A1031 corner of School Lane and Warren Rd

Sent to Lincolnshire County Council less than a minute later. Council ref: 453633.
Standing water on this corner is still a big problem, causing pedestrians who are mainly school children to get soaked by passing cars. the whole of this road alongside Oasis Lakes and the Primary School frontage is a disgrace. the state of the muddy verge where the children have to get in and out of vehicles and walk is unacceptable. this is a trip hazard and creating mud in cars, and in school. When will this be programmed for resolution?

This problem is not fixed and it is very annoying that you think clearing the drains will fix it. Disappointing that we seem to know more about this problem than Highways do. We know drain clearance wont fix it, it never does as you can see from your records- if you check. This has been going on for several years, since before LCC resurfaced this section of road but didn't check/fix the drains before they did so. Email now sent to LCC Councillor. Dear Cllr McNally – can you please have a word on this – clearly no point cleaning the drains when they are a soakaway and don’t run anywhere – we want a date when this work is going to be programmed in as promised please, not more wasted time and resources on doing the drains when we know it doesn’t have any effect as it doesn’t drain into the main sewer.
Thank you
