Abandoned roadworks, open hole and no comms

Sent to Lincolnshire County Council less than a minute later. Council ref: 453906.

Roadworks appear abandoned for last fews weeks. No comms info and no work. Left with open hole, barriers and cones.

Please could you provide an update as to when this could be fixed as the drain cover is blocked with debris.
