Esso Services station exit / entrance

Sent to Lincolnshire County Council less than a minute later. Council ref: 454342.

There is NO markings at this give way junction onto the main road i've seen many a car / lorry come straight out of this junction in front of vehicles and nearly cause a accident, It is blinded by a hedge to see what is coming off the roundabout and people just think you pull out without looking there will be a serious accident one day , Please can you look into this ? Thank you
