Revisit this poor repair

Sent to Lincolnshire County Council less than a minute later. Council ref: 454637.

Please revisit this poor repair a few weeks back. Tarmac and stone totally disappeared and left a large pothole again and lots of loose stone. Can the gang use something more hard wearing next time!? PLEASE FIX ASAP!
