Tree outside 12 Charles Avenue

Sent to Lincolnshire County Council less than a minute later. Council ref: 454640.

The tree is diseased and we was previously advised this many years ago before my husband passed away (probably 2017). It is overgrown and does not get cut back as promised when it was last done and I believe it is affecting the footpath too. I would like somebody to meet me at the property to discuss further please
