The drain on the road directly outside our properties has been blocked and flooding for over 6 months. Every time it rains we get flooding and mud from the road causing damage to our shared drives. As vehicles drive past through the water they throw even more water and mud onto our property. When walking to/from the property we have to make sure no vehicles are passing at the time in fear of also getting soaked, which has happened. During heavy rain the water almost reaches half way under our parked cars. We are continually having to clean mud off the drive and re-sand it, we are having to be cautious when walking to/from our homes and we are worried that a really bad downpour will cause us more issues.

Progress! We’ve completed our investigation and works are now planned. Once we know when work is due to take place we will let you know.

We have an update. Our highways team have issued this work out to one of their delivery gangs. We’ll let you know when the job is complete.

Still waiting for this to be sorted, with all the rain we're having we are constantly getting flooding on our shared drive. Moor Lane has had endless works this past few weeks, would've been an ideal time to get this done whilst the traffic was diverted. Any more updates on when this issue will be rectified?
