Outside main gate of LCB House

Sent to Lincolnshire County Council less than a minute later. Council ref: 456043.

Both drains on both sides of the road adjacent to each other are blocked causing the drains to back up higher up the road too. I have called Anglian Water but they have said that the slotted drains & the pipe down from that are the responsibility of the Council & Highways.
