Sent to Lincolnshire County Council less than a minute later. Council ref: 456293.
Grass verge being destroyed by parking vehicles on it outside the property and dragging the filth across the pavement from verge to front garden and back. There is no drop curb and so vehicles should not be on the verge going over the pavement or parking in the front garden as there is no legal access...or is there? Constantly walking through layers of mud to pass the property. Worse when it is raining or has been. These pictures were taken 4.12.22
