Track leading onto the B1176, Swinstead Road in Corby Glen. The track is directly opposite the Woodhouse Arms pub, and directly next to No.4 Swinstead Road

Reported via mobile in the Collapsed verge category anonymously at 09:27, Fri 21 April 2023

Sent to Lincolnshire County Council less than a minute later. Council ref: 456462.

The verge on the point of the triangular hummock has been altered in a way that is restrictive to get safely on and off the highway (Swinstead Road, B1176). Both the size and shape of the hummock has been altered so that it is now larger and curves inwards at the tail end, making it more difficult to enter and exit from the track onto the highway. In addition, the newly defined hummock (which I believe to now be on highways land) has been built up with soil and large stones which presents further danger. At present, I believe the hummock to be well out of it's boundary and encroaching onto highways (B1176) as well as the track that I have a right of way over. In addition, the hedge belonging to number 4 Swinstead road, I believe could also be prohibiting the use of a footpath (as seen on land registry) which is also restricting visibility to enter safely to and from the highway of the B1176.
