Sent to Lincolnshire County Council less than a minute later. Council ref: 456489.

My cellar is filling with water - Anglian water have investigated and tested the water and confirmed that it is rain water so not their responsibility. They feel that the issue is likely a blocked drain or faulty pipe and the water is diverting into my property. My property is getting badly damaged so can this please be investigated ?

  • Great news, we’ve had a look at the issue and we have now passed to our Highways Officers for the team to assess what can be done to resolve the matter. We’ll let you know when the assessment has taken place.
