Sent to Lincolnshire County Council less than a minute later. Council ref: 456494.

This is the same as report no 440749

It was reported that there is a collapsed headwall obstructing flows.

The obstruction is still there and requires clearing. 440749 states works are planned. Can you inform me when this is programmed for.
