Sent to Lincolnshire County Council less than a minute later. Council ref: 456812.

Customer states there is one tree bordering her property with a TPO on it. Customer states the tree looks as if it is dying, if a branch snapped it would fall onto the property

  • Great news, we’ve had a look at the issue and we have now passed to our Highways Officers for the team to assess what can be done to resolve the matter. We’ll let you know when the assessment has taken place.

Whilst we won’t be taking immediate action, we are seeking specialist arboriculture advice and will arrange for any advised works once their assessment has been completed.   • Thanks for letting us know about the issue. Our Arborist has looked on site and the tree is not the responsibility of Lincolnshire County Council. To find the owner of the land you could contact Land Registry here Thank you for reporting this matter.
