Sent to Lincolnshire County Council less than a minute later. Council ref: 457357.

This problem was reported to you a few weeks ago I had a email yesterday to say that the work had been completed. I would suggest you get them back and do the job properly as at 6am this morning the road was flooded. There has been cars come of the road and finish up in the field after hitting standing water DO THE JOB PROPERLY THE FIRST TIME
