There is still a car parking on the grass damaging verges as previously reported. Bollards were recently installed on Messingham Rd to stop this resident driving down the footpath & verge but all that’s happened is they now access from Northmoor Rd that is equally if not more dangerous. When the car moves there is huge ruts where it’s been parked that are a danger to pedestrians & it’s an eyesore. It’s probably going to take an accident before this problem is solved

  • We are not taking immediate on this enquiry. Whilst the County Council understands the customers concerns we have no concerns regarding safety at this time. Further work to place bollards in the area may be considered however no timescales can be provided at this time. Thank you for reporting this matter.

  • We are sorry but we are not taking immediate action with this report however work to install timber posts to mitigate the parking issues at the location described is being considered, however we are currently unable to provide timescales for this. Thank you for reporting this matter.
