  • Great news, we’ve had a look at the issue and we have now passed to our Highways Officers for the team to assess what can be done to resolve the matter. We’ll let you know when the assessment has taken place.

  • We are sorry but we are not taking immediate action with this report because due to limited resources we have to prioritise sites which are an immediate danger to life or internal flooding. An officer attended the site after recent rainfall and there is no standing water. Thank you for reporting this matter.
