Claypole road stubton inbetween numbers 4 and 5

The water comes from the dykes across the road and overflows on to the road. There's a small hill driving into the village do the rain water runs down it there's a drive with a dropped kerb and the drain is after the dropped kerb. Highways made the drop kerb a little higher! Bloody useless! The issues have been here as long as I've been here so 27years plus! I've built a dam at my gate to try and stop more water running infant of my property. The cars are speeding through the water so there's water everywhere! The rain is subsiding but god help us if it rains much more
