This is a persistent issue, I have reported this matter before. I have been informed that the farmer doing this has been spoken to, this is either A) Untrue or B) The farmer is taking no notice. Why should I have to walk in this and constantly have my car muddied up? This is clearly an offence under Road Traffic Act
