Roadside drain outside 8 Carson Road

Sent to Lincolnshire County Council less than a minute later. Council ref: 458634.

The road drain is completely blocked with mud and stones preventing run off of surface rainwater resulting flooding during heavy downpours. A gully sucker is required to clean out the drain.
