Rainwater is channeled from the pathway further up Hill Avenue onto my driveway and towards my property. During the heavy rain today (and other days) I had to brush the water away from the door and toward the lawn to avoid flooding my property. The rain was directed towards the opening at the front of the property (for radon gas build up) and I am concerned there will be water in this cavity underneath the floor. This does not seem to effect my neighbours. The water is channeled directly towards our home only.
