Sent to Lincolnshire County Council less than a minute later. Council ref: 459323.

Entire stretch of the road has subsided either side from HGV use, Road has not had any upkeep for a very long time. This has now damaged a trailer belonging to a business off this road as any vehicle other than a HGV has the centre of the vehicle scraping along the middle of the ride due to the uneven surface.
