Customer has stated that there is some works being done in the area and the vehicles used for the work has caused a significant amount of damage to the verges and vegetation in the area.

Great news, we’ve had a look at the issue and we have now passed to our Highways Officers for the team to assess what can be done to resolve the matter. We’ll let you know when the assessment has taken place.

We are sorry but we are not taking immediate action with this report because the area of the problem is not clear. When our officer attended only a small section has deteriorated. We will monitor this area during future inspections to see if it improves during the summer growing period. Thank you for reporting this matter.
