  This problem was first reported in 2023 and remains outstanding. Visitors to our office (Lynas Vokes Investments Ltd) are unable to access our premises on foot if it has been raining as the road in impassable.

  Attached are photographs of the road today - 3 days after rain - the drains are clearly blocked and currently sits under around 30 mm of water.
